Warm, crispy tortilla rolls coated in sweet cinnamon sugar and filled with melted goodness, perfect for a quick and indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8-inch flour tortillas
  • Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional fillings: cream cheese, Nutella, peanut butter, or jam
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and brush one side with melted butter.
  3. If using a filling, spread a thin layer (about 2 tablespoons) onto the buttered side of each tortilla.
  4. Starting on one side, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape. Use a bit of melted butter to seal the edge if needed.
  5. Brush the outside of each roll with melted butter, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  7. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let the rolls cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even crispiness. Adjust sugar levels for sweetness preference and experiment with different fillings.
