Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth using an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, toss diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Evenly distribute apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
