Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 2 cups cooked stuffing
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cooked stuffing, dried cranberries, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture, followed by the chicken broth. Stir until everything is evenly combined. Add more broth if the mixture feels too dry.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Melt the butter and use a pastry brush to lightly coat the tops of the balls.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and heated through.
  7. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

[‘If the mixture seems dry, add more broth a tablespoon at a time until it holds together.’, ‘Use a cookie scoop for uniform balls to ensure even cooking.’, ‘Leave space between each stuffing ball on the baking sheet to allow crisping.’, ‘For added flavor, mix in poultry seasoning or fresh herbs like sage or thyme.’]
