These creamy frozen grape popsicles dipped in white chocolate offer a cool, refreshing treat with a smooth texture and a sweet, crisp chocolate coating. Perfect for hot days and easy to make with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (450g) seedless grapes, fresh, preferably red or black
  • 1 cup (240ml) plain Greek yogurt, full-fat
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey (or maple syrup as a substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces (170g) white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • Popsicle sticks (wooden or reusable silicone)
  • Optional: pinch of lemon zest or 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep grapes: rinse 3 cups (450g) of seedless grapes thoroughly, remove stems or damaged grapes, and pat dry.
  2. Blend the grape mixture: combine grapes, 1 cup (240ml) plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey, and 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract in a blender or food processor. Optionally add lemon zest or lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze molds for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until completely frozen.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted.
  6. Remove popsicles from molds by briefly running warm water on the outside. Dip each popsicle into the melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  7. Return dipped popsicles to the freezer for 10-15 minutes to let the white chocolate harden.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.

Notes

If popsicles stick to molds, let them sit at room temperature for a minute or run warm water on the outside. Stir white chocolate frequently while melting to avoid lumps or seizing. Adding a teaspoon of coconut or vegetable oil can help maintain smooth chocolate. Work quickly when dipping to prevent melting. Store popsicles separated by parchment paper to avoid sticking. For vegan option, use dairy-free yogurt and vegan white chocolate.
