A smooth and creamy cold brew coffee sweetened with brown sugar, spiced with cinnamon, and blended with oat milk for a refreshing and cozy iced coffee experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold brew coffee
  • ½ cup (120 ml) oat milk (preferably barista-style)
  • 2 tablespoons (25 grams) brown sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon (1 gram) ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Make or prepare your cold brew coffee if not using store-bought: combine 1 cup (85 grams) coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups (960 ml) cold filtered water in a cold brew maker or jar. Stir gently to saturate the grounds. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 18 hours.
  2. Strain the cold brew using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter to separate the grounds from the liquid.
  3. In a glass, combine 1 cup (240 ml) cold brew coffee with 2 tablespoons (25 grams) brown sugar and ½ teaspoon (1 gram) ground cinnamon. Stir vigorously until the sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Pour in ½ cup (120 ml) chilled oat milk and stir gently for a creamy, even color. Optionally, froth with a handheld frother for a silkier finish.
  5. Add ice cubes to fill the glass, give a final gentle stir, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use coarse coffee grounds and steep cold brew overnight for best flavor. Stir brown sugar thoroughly to dissolve completely. Barista-style oat milk blends best without curdling. Adjust sweetness and spice to taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 24 hours; avoid freezing.
