Instructions

  3. Place flour in one shallow dish. Beat eggs in another dish until smooth. Stir minced garlic into melted butter to infuse flavor.
  4. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
