  • 1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, sea salt)
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for brushing)
  • Mustard or ketchup for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface. Gently press the perforations to seal them, creating one continuous sheet of dough.
  3. Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.
  4. Wrap each mini sausage with a strip of dough, rolling tightly but allowing room for expansion. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush each wrapped sausage generously with the beaten egg.
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the wrapped sausages.
  7. Optionally, brush melted butter on top for extra richness and crispiness.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until dough is golden brown and crispy, and sausages are hot and slightly puffed.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes to set the dough.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces such as mustard or ketchup.
