These bite-sized Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls combine the best flavors of Thanksgiving into one portable dish, perfect for holiday gatherings or repurposing leftovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Cooked turkey, shredded or finely chopped
  • Stuffing, homemade or store-bought
  • Cranberry sauce, canned or homemade
  • 12 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Butter, melted
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried sage or thyme (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or gravy for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Add salt, pepper, and optional seasonings like sage or thyme.
  3. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls. Roll them gently with your hands to form smooth spheres.
  4. Arrange the stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet with space between each one.
  5. Brush the tops of the stuffing balls with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and heated through, rotating the tray halfway through.
  7. Let the stuffing balls cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or drizzle with gravy if desired.

Notes

Ensure the stuffing mixture is moist enough to hold together. Add chicken broth or extra cranberry sauce if too dry, or breadcrumbs if too wet. Prepare ahead and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking.
