No-Bake Strawberry Oreo Truffles - featured image

A quick and easy no-bake dessert combining crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and strawberry elements, coated in white chocolate for a creamy, fruity, and crunchy treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • Optional garnish: extra crushed Oreos or freeze-dried strawberry powder

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos using a food processor or place in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin until finely ground (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, strawberry jam, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Mix until uniform and dough-like (5-7 minutes).
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into smooth balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat to make about 24 truffles (10-15 minutes).
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, or melt over a double boiler.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into melted white chocolate using a fork or dipping tool, letting excess drip off. Place back on parchment-lined tray.
  7. Optionally sprinkle with crushed Oreos or freeze-dried strawberry powder while coating is wet.
  8. Chill again for 15 minutes until the coating is set.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing. Crush Oreos finely but retain some texture for crunch. Melt white chocolate slowly to avoid scorching. Chill truffles before dipping to prevent melting or falling apart. Garnish with crushed Oreos or freeze-dried strawberry powder for a professional look.
