  • 3 ounces (90 ml) Aperol
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) Prosecco (dry or extra dry)
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Soda Water (Club Soda), chilled
  • Orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass about three-quarters full with fresh, cold ice cubes (6-8 medium ice cubes).
  2. Pour 3 ounces (90 ml) of Aperol over the ice.
  3. Slowly add 3 ounces (90 ml) of chilled prosecco, pouring gently to keep the bubbles intact.
  4. Add 1 ounce (30 ml) of chilled soda water to the glass.
  5. Gently stir once with a spoon or cocktail stirrer to combine without losing bubbles.
  6. Garnish with a fresh orange slice on the rim or floated in the glass.

Notes

Chill all ingredients and glasses for best results. Pour prosecco slowly to preserve bubbles. Use fresh soda water and do not over-stir to keep fizz. Experiment with garnishes like lemon twists or fresh herbs for variation.
