These jalapeno popper pull-apart sliders combine spicy jalapenos, creamy cheese, and buttery toasted buns for a perfect game day snack that’s quick, easy, and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 soft dinner rolls or slider buns (e.g., King’s Hawaiian)
  • 3 medium fresh jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
  • 8 oz (227g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (about 100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 tablespoons (57g) butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped jalapenos, cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms intact.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture generously onto the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns back on and arrange all 12 sliders snugly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Brush melted butter evenly over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden and cheese filling bubbles around edges.
  8. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top after baking. Let sliders rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Remove jalapeno seeds to reduce heat. Use dairy-free cream cheese and vegan cheddar for dairy-free version. Bacon is optional; smoked paprika can substitute for smoky flavor. Line baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup. If tops brown too quickly, tent with foil.
