A delicious combination of juicy beef, crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and buttery garlic rolled into a cheesy, buttery creation. Perfect for game nights, parties, or indulgent treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Using the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into small crumbles as you go. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a floured surface. Pinch the seams together to create one large sheet, then use a rolling pin to flatten if needed.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly across the dough, leaving about half an inch around the edges. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  6. Starting at one end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side up on a prepared baking sheet.
  7. Combine melted butter and minced garlic. Use a pastry brush to generously coat the tops of the rollups.
  8. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rollups for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let the rollups cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm for maximum flavor!
