  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and optional panko breadcrumbs over the shrimp, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  4. Lay the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Be sure not to overcrowd them to allow even roasting.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
