Tender chicken thighs dripping with sweet and spicy hot honey glaze, topped with crumbly feta cheese that melts into creamy, salty goodness. Perfect for parties or family gatherings, this dish is a crowd-pleaser with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 46 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place them in a baking dish, skin-side up.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, red chili flakes, and minced garlic to prepare the hot honey glaze.
  4. Using a basting brush or spoon, generously coat the chicken thighs with the hot honey glaze.
  5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the chicken. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the feta is slightly golden and bubbly.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
