  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken with 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits (usually 8). Gently flatten each biscuit into a roughly 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking pan. Place one flattened biscuit at the bottom.
  5. Sprinkle a generous handful of the seasoned chicken over the biscuit layer, followed by about ¼ cup of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend.
  6. Repeat layering biscuit, chicken, and cheese until all ingredients are used, finishing with a biscuit layer on top.
  7. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and brush it over the top biscuit layer to coat well.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are puffed, golden, and cheese is bubbling.
  9. Let the pull-apart cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.

If biscuits brown too quickly, tent loosely with foil halfway through baking. Be gentle when flattening biscuit dough to keep it tender. Use a cast-iron skillet for a crispier bottom crust.
