  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared dish, pressing it down gently to create an even layer.
