These garlic chicken wraps are packed with juicy chicken, fresh veggies, and a creamy homemade sauce, making them perfect for a quick meal or an impressive lunch for guests.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, freshly minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped finely
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Lettuce, sliced
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken slices thoroughly and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and a pinch of salt. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  4. Wash and slice your chosen vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, etc.) and set them aside.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave. Spread a generous layer of the creamy sauce on each tortilla. Add the cooked chicken slices, fresh veggies, and a sprinkle of parsley. Fold the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  6. Slice the wraps in half for easy serving and enjoy immediately while they’re fresh and warm!

Notes

Warm your tortillas slightly for easier folding. Don’t skip the marinade for bold garlic flavor. Adjust the veggies based on what’s in season or available.
