Irresistible Turkey Club Wrap Recipe with Bacon and Avocado

A quick and easy turkey club wrap featuring crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and savory turkey wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or dinner, this wrap is both satisfying and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • Cooked turkey breast slices (about 6 oz / 170 g)
  • Crispy bacon strips (3-4 strips)
  • Ripe avocado (1 medium), peeled, pitted, and sliced or mashed
  • Leafy lettuce (2-3 leaves), romaine or butter lettuce
  • Tomato slices (2-3 medium slices)
  • Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
  • Dijon mustard (1 teaspoon)
  • Fresh lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon: Heat skillet over medium heat. Lay out 3-4 strips of bacon (about 4 oz / 115 g). Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally until crispy but not burnt. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  2. Prepare the spread: In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Slice the ingredients: Thinly slice about 6 oz (170 g) cooked turkey breast, 1 medium ripe avocado, and 2-3 tomato slices. Tear 2-3 lettuce leaves into wrap-friendly pieces.
  4. Warm the tortillas: Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15-20 seconds until soft and pliable.
  5. Assemble the wrap: Lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the mayo-mustard mixture evenly over the center. Layer turkey slices evenly, then add bacon strips on top.
  6. Add fresh veggies: Place avocado slices and tomato slices over the bacon, then top with lettuce leaves. If mashed avocado is used, spread it first along with the mayo for extra creaminess.
  7. Season and wrap: Sprinkle salt and pepper over avocado and tomato. Fold sides of tortilla over filling, then roll tightly from one end to the other to form a neat wrap.
  8. Slice and serve: Slice the wrap diagonally in half with a sharp knife. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for packed lunch.
