A visually stunning and refreshing summer drink with vibrant tropical flavors, perfect for parties or relaxing by the pool.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 1/2 cup watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, watermelon chunks, cranberry juice, and ice to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture evenly into clear glasses, filling them about one-third full. Place the glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up the layer.
  2. Rinse the blender, then combine mango chunks, orange juice, and ice. Blend until smooth. Carefully pour the orange mixture over the red layer, using the back of a spoon to control the flow. Fill the glasses another third of the way. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse the blender one last time and blend pineapple chunks, coconut water, and ice. Slowly pour the yellow mixture over the orange layer, using the same spoon technique to preserve the layers.
  4. Garnish with fresh fruit slices, a sprig of mint, or a colorful straw. Serve immediately!

Notes

Freeze each layer for 10 minutes to maintain separation. Use cold fruits and juices for better texture. Blend ice in small batches for smoother consistency.
